Refund Policy

A legal disclaimer:
We require 24-hour notice of cancelation and failure to do so could result in a late cancelation charge.  Two consecutive late cancelations or no shows will result in termination of services and your counselor will provide you with referral options in the area.
If you cancel within the 24-hour period and have paid for your session, a refund will be provided.
